Delete your account
You can delete your Magus Play account and its personal data at any time. This applies to all our games, such as Peskac: Hearts & Sevens.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the game and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our servers right away. If you only played as a guest, there is no account to delete: your data is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name, avatar and Google or Apple sign-in identifiers
- Your sessions on all your devices
- Your coins, items, game history and statistics
- Your subscription status on our servers
Records of purchases are kept for accounting and tax purposes, but without your name, email address or any other link to you. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and coins and items are lost.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play.

Fill in the form below with the email address of your account. We will verify the request and delete the account and its data within 30 days. You can also write to support@magusplay.com.
